You cannot access social housing through this scheme if you have not completed an application form and been accepted onto the housing register.

We currently award band A for Priority Transfers to enable a tenant of our partner landlords to give up a property in exceptionally high demand and in low turnover in that area and get a move to a property in lower demand. This priority enables landlords to make best use of housing stock. All partners will review the size and type of stock, in their own areas, that they will award this band for every 6 months.
