Durham Key Options are launching a new website for customers just in time for Thursday's bidding cycle. It will have exactly the same web address but a whole new modern look.

Searching for properties will also be much much simpler.                    

Your login account screen will also have a new look, and you will be able to view and make changes to your contact details in an instant.

New adverts are added to the website every Thursday and you will be able to register your interest in these properties up until the Tuesday midnight. If you would prefer to enquire directly to one of the DKO partners, or to ask what homes are immediately available, click here for their contact details.

**Please note, there are no properties advertised on a Wednesday.**

Please note, automatic bids for applicants who receive assistance with bidding are placed immediately after the end of the letting cycle. This may mean that if you were in queue position 1 at midnight on a Tuesday, your position may change when the automatic bid is placed.
