Priority Transfers

From 11 April 2013 we will advertise the areas and property types on this website that we may consider for an award of Priority Transfer banding. We will review these lists, by partner's housing stock, every 6 months. The next review will be 1 April 2015.

Accent

There will be no award of Priority Transfers for Accent's stock.

Cestria Community Housing Association

There will be no award of Priority Transfers for Cestria's stock.

Dale and Valley Homes

There will be no award of Priority Transfers for Dale and Valley Homes' stock.

Derwentside Homes

2 bed bungalows in Oxhill.

2 bed bungalows and 3 bed houses in:

• Tanfield Lea (and 2 bed houses)
• East Stanley (and 2 bed houses)
• Consett (and 2 bed houses)
• Shotley Bridge (and 2 bed houses)
• Lanchester
• Central Stanley

2 bed houses and 3 bed houses in Burnopfield

4 bed houses in all areas.

Durham City Homes

There will be no award of Priority Transfers for Durham City Homes' stock.                

East Durham Homes

There will be no award of Priority Transfers for East Durham Homes' stock.
