We will publish information about homes that have been successfully let.

This information will include:

• The letting area the property is in
• The address of the property
• The property type
• The number of bedrooms the property has
• The application band the property was let to
• The application date of the applicant who the property was let to
• The number of bids received for this property.

We will not publish the personal details of the applicant who the property was let to for confidentiality rights.

 For information about previous lets click Recent Lets.

This information will give you a better idea of how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait. You can then decide whether to look for other types of property or areas where you may not have to wait as long.

Unfortunately it will not be possible to give you individual feedback due to the numbers of bids we receive for properties.
