To apply for a property advertised through Durham Key Options, you must first complete an application form. You can do this online by clicking here.

Please ensure your contact details on your housing application are up to date- we will try to contact all successful applicants by phone, email or letter within 48 hours of the bidding closing. If we can not contact you, you may lose an offer of a property. Not responding to an offer may class as a refusal of a suitable offer under our policy. Three refusals of suitable properties in a 12 month period may result in you being removed from the register and you will not be able to reapply for 6 months.  

**Please note, there are no properties advertised on a Wednesday.**
